Technical Requirements & Agreement
- By submitting a Contributor Article to Toyless Treasures, you agree that you understand this agreement and agree to be legally bound by it.
- Your submission is your own original creation. All quotations from other authors or publications must be properly cited. Plagiarism or copyright infringement will not permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that submission of content to Toyless Treasures does not conflict with any copyright or publication rights already granted to other publishers, and Toyless Treasures is not responsible for any infringement of external publication rights.
- You may provide a photo that may or may not be used. It must be an original photo that you are the owner of. If people are included in the image/video, then you must provide a written release allowing use.
- If your submission is accepted, we may require edits including adding our own images/video if we feel it will improve the post. In the event you are concerned that any changes or edits require further modification, it is your obligation to immediately notify us. We will work with you to address any such concerns after receiving your notification.
- Toyless Treasures will share your guest post on social media but we do not guarantee any particular audience reach. You will receive writing credit as the author but it will be the property of Toyless Treasures upon publishing.
- Toyless Treasures reserves the right to add our own affiliate links if we find appropriate.
- We do not pay for guest post submissions or publications. You acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to any compensation for writing the post or for any other compensation related to the post.
- By providing an article to Toyless Treasures, you agree that you are in not becoming a part of the website or company, nor shall you represent yourself as part of the Toyless Treasures website or company.
- By submitting, you confirm that this article has not, and will not, be published on any other website, forum, chat or social media network in part, or in whole. You are encouraged to share the link to your published article and promote it on your website and/or social media.
- Toyless Treasures reserves the right to refuse publication of any article and the right to remove articles from our website without prior notification. If removed, you are free to use your article for your own purposes.
